Abstract：Withtheadventofglobalintegration,thegradualdevelopmentofthemarketeconomyandthegradualimprovementofthemarketeconomysystem,Chinasretailenterpriseshaveobtainedunprecedenteddevelopmentopportunities.Withthedevelopmentofretailindustry,theuniquenessofretailindustryhasgraduallybecomemoreandmoreobvioustothepublic.Tosomeextent,theuniquenessoftheseindustriesalsorequiresmanagerstochangetheirownenterprisemanagementmethodsanddevelopmentstrategies.Thechangesmusthavecorrespondingfinancialrisks,whichisalsoanewchallengeforenterprisesintheirowndevelopment.Inthefaceoftherisksandchallengesofthelossofprofits,allenterprisesneedtoincreasetheresearchandcontroloffinancialriskstovaryingdegrees,activelyidentifyandrecognizestrategicerrors,analyzeandimplementcountermeasurestopreventandidentifythefinancialrisksintheoperationprocess,andstoplossesintime.Basedontheconceptoffinancialriskanditsprevention,thispaperanalyzesthemainfinancialrisksofretailenterprises,andexpoundstheproblemsandcausesoffinancialriskanditspreventioninChineseretailenterprises.ThenitintroducestheproblemsandcausesoffinancialriskpreventioninGuangdongHotwindTradeCo.,Ltd.andputsforwardcountermeasures.Finally,basedonthefinancialriskpreventionofGuangdongHotwindTradeCo.,Ltd,wegetanothereffectivemeasurestocontrolthefinancialriskofretailenterprises,inordertoachievethepurposeofreducingtheirownfinancialriskandstabledevelopment.
