Absrtact:withthereformofnationaleconomicsystemandthegradualdevelopmentofsociety,smallandmedium-sizedenterprisesplayanimportantroleinthedevelopmentofnationaleconomy.Sincethereformandopeningup,smallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshaveobtainedmorespacefordevelopment,whichhasgreatlyenhancedtheeconomicstrengthofourcountry.Butopportunityandriskarecompanions,andifthereisopportunity,therewillbechallenge.Asthemainpartofit,manyfinancialmanagementproblemsofsmallandmedium-sizedenterpriseshavealsoemerged,thesearethepointsofsmallproblems,butalsomaycausehugelosses.Buttoday,mostbusinessmanagersdonotattachimportancetofinancialmanagement.Thisleadstotheenterprisesarenotfamiliarwiththeirownpositioning,themanagementmodelisbackward,theinvestmentandfinancingdecisionsareimproper,thequalityoffinancialpersonnelisonthelowsideandsoon.Therefore,enterprisesshouldformulateeffectivecountermeasurestoimprovethecurrentsituationoffinancialmanagementinviewoftheproblemsexistinginfinancialmanagement.
