Abstract:nowadays,theglobaleconomyisdeveloping,drivenbythis,thecompetitioninallwalksoflifeisintensifying,accountingindustryisnoexception.Comparedwithothercountries,accountingindustrystartedrelativelylateinChina.Therefore,inthequalitymanagementofaccountingfirms,foreigncountriesarerelativelymature,whileChinasqualitymanagementofaccountingfirmsisrelativelyimmature.

Evennowcertifiedpublicaccountantsinourcountrypresentsasceneofprosperity,butthroughaseriesofobservationandstudy,wefindsomeproblemsexistinqualitymanagement,ifnottimelyprocessingandsolvetheseproblems,theproblemofmanyamicklemakesamuckle,anderodingthedevelopmentofthefirm,thiswillinevitablyleadtothelowauditquality,cannotachievethepurposeoftheaudit,sogodownforalongtime,isboundtobecomeacertifiedpublicaccountantsofastumblingblock,hinderingthedevelopmentofcertifiedpublicaccountantsindustry.

AsthecompetitioninChina,itisnecessarytofurtherresearchdirectionsandstrategiesforthefurtherdevelopmentoftheaccountingfirm,inordertoobtainsomebeneficialSuggestionstopromotethedevelopmentofaccountingfirm,inunderstandingthepresentsituationofcertifiedpublicaccountantsandhascarriedontheresearchandanalysis,thispaperputsforwardsomeSuggestionsaccordingtothespecificsituations,hopetohavesomehelp.
