ShenzhenPerianNetworkTechnologyCo.,Ltd.afterenteringShenzhenPerianNetworkTechnologyCo.,Ltd.s

3.AfterYunnanYuZhihusfundsenteredShenzhenPeripheralNetworkTechnologyCo.,Ltd.,Tian

WeiguoandWangYinegotiatedanddilutedtheirequitytoYuZhihuaccordingtothenegotiatedratio.If

YunnanYuZhihusfundscannotcomeinbeforeMarch2016,theywillbeconsideredasgivingupthe

investmentordiscussingseparately.

4.IfYunnanYuZhihugivesuphisinvestment,WangYiwillneedtoadd2millionyuanoffundstothe
