基于层次分析法的SHEIN柔性供应链绩效评估

摘要SHEIN作为全球领先的超快时尚跨境电商品牌，其高柔性的供应链模式对整个行业具有重要参考价值。为评估其

柔性供应链绩效，文章基于供应链运作参考（SCOR）模型，选取计划、采购、制造、交付和退货5个流程，构建供应链绩效评

价体系，并结合层次分析法进行量化分析。结果表明，SHEIN在生产灵活性和库存管理方面表现优异，在供应商管理和退货

处理方面仍有待加强。研究为快时尚跨境电商行业出海提供优化供应链管理的相关建议。
