摘要

新时代背景下，党和国家将“立德树人”确立为教育的根本任务，教育部提出构建“大思政”育人格局的战略部署。高中德育管理工作作为衔接基础教育与高等教育的关键环节，承担着培养民族复兴大任时代新人的重要使命。随着我国经济社会高质量发展和社会转型加速推进，青少年成长环境发生深刻变化，高中德育管理面临形式化、时效性不强等问题，亟需结合“大思政观”探索高中德育管理新路径。

本研究选择Q市高中作为研究对象，经过前期的实地调研发现，区域间德育资源分配不均、教师思政素养参差不齐、数字化德育平台建设滞后等问题突出。通过研究高中学校德育管理工作开展情况及取得效果，旨在探讨在“大思政观”理念的指导下，该地区高中学校德育管理工作取得的成绩、存在的问题以及未来改进的方向。通过对具体实践的研究分析，希望能够为其他地区提供有益借鉴，促进更多地区中学思想政治教育水平的整体提升。

Abstract

Underthenewerabackground,thePartyandthestatehaveestablishedfosteringvirtueandcultivatingtalentasthefundamentaltaskofeducation.TheMinistryofEducationhasproposedthestrategicdeploymentofconstructingaholisticideologicalandpoliticaleducationframework.Asacruciallinkconnectingbasiceducationandhighereducation,highschoolmoraleducationmanagementbearstheimportantmissionofcultivatingnewgenerationscapableofundertakingnationalrejuvenation.Withthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofChinaseconomyandsocietyandtheaccelerationofsocialtransformation,thegrowthenvironmentforadolescentshasundergoneprofoundchanges.Highschoolmoraleducationmanagementnowfacesissuessuchasformalismandinsufficienttimeliness,urgentlyrequiringtheexplorationofnewapproachesintegratedwiththeholisticideologicalandpoliticaleducationconcept.

ThisstudyselectshighschoolsinCityQasresearchsubjects.Preliminaryfieldinvestigationsrevealedprominentissuesincludingunevendistributionofmoraleducationresourcesacrossregions,varyinglevelsofteachersideological-politicalliteracy,andlaggingconstructionofdigitalmoraleducationplatforms.Byexaminingtheimplementationandeffectivenessofmoraleducationmanagementinhighschools,thisresearchaimstoexploretheachievements,existingproblems,andfutureimprovementdirectionsofmoraleducationmanagementinlocalhighschoolsundertheguidanceoftheholisticideologicalandpoliticaleducationco
