TheoperationoftheequipmentregardingtheKRDe-SSiPtreatmentwill

beoutlinedasfollows;

Level2computerdeterminesallofoperationquantity,operationpattern,

suchasagentquantitiesbytheprocessmodelcalculations.

OperationdatacalculatedbyLevel2computerwillbeconfirmedandthen

down-loadedtoPLCcontrolsystem.

Thefour(4)setsofstorage,charginghopperandKREquipments

(Impellerhoistingstirringdeviceetc.)arecontrolledautomaticallybyPLC

controlsystem.

Thechargingladlefilledwithhotmetalsetonchargingladletransfercar.

Afterchargingladleisarrivedattreatmentposition,theslagskimmingwillbedone

beforeKRDesulphurizationandthentheimpellerhoistingstirringdeviceaction

andthefluxchargingwillbestartedandendedunderthecontrolofPLCwith

designateoperationpatterndown-loadedfromLevel2.

Thecharginghopperarepreliminaryfilledwitheachagent.

Thecombinationratioofeachagentwillbeadjustedbyweigherofstoragetank
