油机、变配电房基础施工方案中水池需分二次施工，必须在水池四周侧壁

内距底板上面不小于300mm处留设施工缝，施工缝防水处理采用止水带，止水

带选用止水钢板，现根据实际情况，止水钢板不但不经济，而且固定支设困

难，给施工带一定的难度，在确保防水施工缝防水质量的前提下，我方决定

采用经济、简单易操作、防水效果好的阶梯施工缝，详见后附图。在继续浇

筑混凝土前应将施工缝凿毛，并将外露钢筋铁锈和粘着的污垢等清除干净，

洒水湿润，新旧混凝土接触面要求用与混凝土同水灰比的水泥砂浆接浆。

continuingtopourconcrete,theconstructionjointsshouldberoughened,exposed

steelbars,rustandadheringdirtshouldbecleaned,andwatershouldbesprinkledto

moistenthejoints.Thecontactsurfaceweentheoldandnewconcreteshouldbe

groutedwithcementmortarwiththesamewater-cementratioastheconcrete.
