a.ThisprojectisNOTrequiredtomeetEnergyStar.

3.PrevailingWages

a.ThisprojectDOESNOTrequireprevailingwagesandallassociatedpaperwork.

4.Taxes

a.ThisprojectisNOTtaxexempt.

b.Allfederal,stateandlocaltaxesaretobeincludedwiththisScopeofWork.

5.RFIs

6.AddendumorRevisions

7.ExcavationsandMiscellaneous

a.Itshallbetheresponsibilityofthetradecontractortomakecontactwiththe

appropriateutilitycompaniestoverifylocationsofallundergroundutilitiesbefore

thestartofanyexcavationworkeitheronsiteoroffsite.

b.Anydamagetoexistingpipes,caborstructuresshallbethesoleresponsibility

ofthistradecontractor.

c.Protectandmaintainallactiveutilitiesandexistingundergroundwork,whichare

toremaininoperation.

d.RepairorreceatnoexpensetoTTCorOwnerallsuchitemsdisturbedduring

theexecutionoftheworkdescribedherein.
