ThisWarehouseLeaseAgreement(theAgreement))ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[LandlordsName],a[LandlordsEntityType](theLandlord),and[TenantsName],a[TenantsEntityType](theTenant).

1.DescriptionofProperty

Thepropertylocatedat[FullAddressoftheWarehouse](theProperty)isherebyleasedbytheLandlordtotheTenantforthepurposeof[briefdescriptionoftheintendeduseoftheProperty,e.g.,storage,distribution,manufacturing].

2.LeaseTerm

ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears]years(theLeaseTerm).TheLeaseTermmaybeextendedbymutualwrittenagreementoftheLandlordandTenant.

3.Rent

TheannualrentforthePropertyshallbe[Amount]peryear,payablein[Number]equalmonthlyinstallmentsof[AmountperMonth]onorbeforethe[DateofEachPayment],commencingon[FirstPaymentDate].RentshallbepaidinUnitedStatesDollars.

4.SecurityDeposit

6.UseofProperty

TheTenantshallusethePropertysolelyforthepurposedescribedinthisAgreementandshallnotusethePropertyforanyillegalorhazardousactivity.TheTenantshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andcodesintheuseoftheProperty.

7.Insurance

TheTenantshallmaintaininsurancecoverageforthePropertyinanamountsatisfactorytotheLandlord,includingbutnotlimitedt
