【教学目标】

1、观察几种植物、动物及的细胞。

2、画图记录显微镜下的生物细胞。

3、阅读资料了解细胞对生物的作用。

分组实验器材：几种动物、植物和的细胞装片、显微镜。

【教学过程】

一、生物细胞的观察

1、师：上节课我们观察了洋葱表皮，发现洋葱的表皮是由一个个细胞构成

的。（在黑板上张贴洋葱表皮细胞的手绘，尽量细致，用于给学生做示范，

学生细致地观察记录）今天我们要继续用显微镜来观察生物不同部位的结

构，看看在显微镜下我们能发现些什么。
