1.主电源检测。

在室合电源开关箱上的刀开关，电压表指示正

确。把右联动台上的开关打到合的位置，再按

主电源合闸按钮，主电源指示灯亮。按控制电源合

闸按钮，控制电源指示灯亮。断开室门限位或

仓门限位，控制电源也即断开，限位连锁正常。

2.主起升运行试验。

当在室操作主起升时，速度共有四档。

主起升电机的最高转速为980rpm。

主起升电机对地绝缘：150MΩ

主起升电机制动器对地绝缘：100MΩ

主起升电机风机对地绝缘：100MΩ

主起升电机空载电流：24A

限位开关测试：当主钩往上运行时，碰上限位开关，

主钩立即停止。当主钩往下运行时，碰下限位开关，

主钩也立即停止。实际测试表明：主起升机构各个限

位开关工作正常。

3.付起升运行试验。

当在室操作付起升时，速度共有四档。

付起升电机的最高转速为980rpm。

付起升电机对地绝缘：150MΩ

付起升电机制动器对地绝缘：100MΩ

付起升电机风机对地绝缘：100MΩ

box,andthevoltmeterindicatescorrectly.Turnthekeyswitchon

therightlinkagetformtotheclosedposition,thenpressthe

mainpowerclosingbutton,andthemainpowerindicatorlightwill

lightup.Pressthecontrolpowersupplyclosingbuttonandthe

controlpowerindicatorlightwilllightup.Disconnectthedrivers

cabdoorlimitorwarehousedoorlimit,thecontrolpowersupplyis

alsodisconnected,andthelimitchainisnormal.

2.Mainhoistingoperationtest.Whenoperatingthemainhoistfromthecab,

therearefourspeeds.Theumspeedofthemainhoistingmotoris

980rpm.Mainhoistingmotorsinsulationtoground:150MΩMainhoisting
