一、总体概述：

工程车在检修、使用过程中绝大部分时间是处在怠速状

态。工程车检修过程，其起机后全程处于怠速过程。而在工

程车在作业过程中，在等待行调命令时需要怠速，基本上一

个晚上大约有2到3个小时处于怠速过程。以JY-600A为例

其运行公里数为7777km，运行小时数为8320h，平均速度为

0.93km/h，平均速度接近0km/h，说明其绝大部分工作时间

处于怠速状态。

由上表可以看出，各工程车的平均速度很低，主要是因

为怠速时间长，怠速时平均速度为0km/h，长时间的怠速使

工程车的平均速度降低

二、主要做法：

发动机在怠速时，转速越快，喷油次数越多，每小时耗

油量越大，反之，耗油量越少。通过测试可得，怠速每减少

50r/min，可以节约燃油0.5L/h(升每小时)，若调低150r/min,
