基于Solidworks软件的IH离心泵零部件造

型及运动仿真

摘要

IH系列化工离心泵吸收了国外优秀离心泵系列产品的优点，采用了多项水力设计及工艺

方法的发明专利和实用新型专利而研制开发的高新技术系列产品。它广泛用于空调、制冷、

冰蓄冷、自来水厂、消防、环保、高层供水和城乡排水等领域，一般输送85摄氏度以下清水

或物理化学性质类似清水的液体.本文使用SolidWorks软件对离心泵进行了三维结构设计，

使用AutoCAD软件对离心泵进行了二维图纸设计，重点对泵体和泵盖，叶轮，悬架，轴进行

了设计。最后利用SolidWorks软件进行了运动仿真。

Abstract

IHserieschemicalcentrifugalpumpabroadoutstandingmeritsofthecentrifugalpumpseries

withanumberofhydraulicdesignandtechnologyoftheinventionpatent,andapatentapplication

ofanewandhigh-techresearchanddevelopmenttechnologyproducts.Itiswidelyusedinair

conditioning,refrigeration,icestorage,thewaterplant,fireprotection,environmentalprotection,

urbanandruralwatersupplyanddrainageseniorinareassuchastransport85degreesCelsius

belownormalwaterorsimilarphysicalandchemicalpropertiesofliquidwater.Inthispaper,the

three-dimensionalstructuredesignofthecentrifugalpumpisdesignedwithSolidWorkssoftware,

andthetwo-dimensionaldrawingofthepumpisdesignedwithAutoCADsoftware.Finally,the

motionsimulationwascarriedoutwithSolidWorkssoftware.
