ThisContract(hereinafterreferredtoastheContract)ismadeandenteredintoon[Date]between[ContractorsName](hereinafterreferredtoastheContractor),withregisteredaddressat[ContractorsAddress],and[ClientsName](hereinafterreferredtoastheClient),withregisteredaddressat[ClientsAddress].Thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.ProjectDescription

TheContractorshallundertaketheconstructionproject(hereinafterreferredtoastheProject)asdescribedintheattachedProjectDescription.TheProjectincludes,butisnotlimitedto,thefollowingscopeofwork:

a.Designandconstructionofthebuildingstructure;

b.Installationofelectrical,watersupply,anddrainagesystems;

c.Completionofinteriordecoration;

d.OtherworkasspecifiedintheProjectDescription.

2.ContractPrice

ThetotalcontractpricefortheProjectis[ContractPrice].TheContractPriceshallbepaidinaccordancewiththepaymentscheduleattachedhereto.

3.PaymentTerms

TheClientshallmakepaymenttotheContractorinaccordancewiththefollowingterms:

a.UponthecompletionofeachphaseoftheProject,theContractorshallsubmitaninvoicetotheClient,detailingtheworkcompletedandthecorrespondingamountdue;

b.TheClientshallreviewtheinvoiceandmakepaymentwithin[PaymentPeriod]afterreceivingtheinvoice;

c.Intheeventofanydisputesovertheinvoice,thepartiesshallresolvethedisputesthroughnegotiation.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiation,thepartiesmayseekarbitrationorlitigation.

4.ProjectSchedule

TheProjectshallbecompletedwithin[ProjectDuration]fromthedateoftheContractsexecution.TheContractorshallensurethattheProjectiscompletedontimeandinaccordancewiththeagreedspecifications.

5.QualityStandards

TheContractorshallensurethattheconstructionworkmeetsthefollowingqualitystandards:
