一种平整连接面的后置埋板施工技术分析

摘要：本文以某修改造项目中钢结构安装工程为背景，阐述了如何解决常规后置埋板的后置锚栓突出连接面阻碍钢结构

构件顺利就位安装的问题。研发应用了一种“平整连接面的后置埋板”施工技术，即在连接板上根据后置锚栓的位置开设凹

槽，使得后置锚栓的紧固段位于凹槽内，避免后置锚栓的紧固段凸出连接板的表面，从而使得连接板与钢结构构件连接的一

面相对平整，方便了钢构件的就位安装，防止了钢构件现场切槽、开口和补焊等工作，从而减少了现场焊接量和质量隐患，

同时提高了钢结构安装工程的施工效率和可操作性。该施工技术值得在类似工程项目中参考借鉴和推广应用。

surfaceoftheconnectingplate,sothattheconnectingsideoftheconnectingplateandthesteelstructuralpartisrelativelyflat,whichfacilitatesthe

installationofthesteelmember,preventstheon-sitegrooving,openingandrepairweldingofthesteelmember,andthusreducestheamountofon-site

weldingandqualityhazards
