2020—2024年达州市犬狂犬病免疫效果分析

摘要：为评估达州市2020—2024年犬只狂犬病免疫效果，本试验收集了该市在这期间1935份犬血清样品的间

接酶联免疫吸附试验检测数据。对不同年份、不同县别、不同饲养方式犬只的免疫抗体合格率进行分析，旨在为进一

步优化狂犬病防控策略提供数据参考。结果显示，近5年间犬只总体免疫抗体合格率为86.15%，年平均合格率总体呈

上升趋势，不同区域不同年份免疫抗体合格率波动较大，不同类型犬只的免疫效果存在极显著差异。个别区域部分年

份存在犬只免疫抗体合格率不达标的情况，仍需针对性加强防控措施。

Abstract:ToevaluatetheeffectivenessofrabiesimmunizationindogsinDazhouCityfrom2020to2024,thisstudy

collectedindirectenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA)datafrom1,935canineserumsamplesobtainedduringthis

period.Byanalyzingthequalifiedantibodyratesacrossdifferentyears,counties,andrearingmethods,thestudyaimstoprovide

datareferencesforfurtheroptimizingrabiespreventionandcontrolstrategies.Theresultsshowedthattheoverallqualified

antibodyrateindogsoverthepastfiveyearswas86.15%,withagenerallyincreasingannualtrend.However,significant

fluctuationswereobservedindifferentregionsandyears,andtherewerehighlysignificantdifferencesinimmunization

effectivenessamongdifferenttypesofdogs.Insomeregionsandyears,thequalifiedantibodyratefellbelowtherequired
