温度检测标定装置设计与实现

摘要：针对油田生产中温度难以精确测量、人力资源浪费、工作效率不高的问题，设计了一套温度仪表自动化检测装置。分别给出

了装置的硬件结构和软件功能。对虚拟仪器的工作原理与温度检测装置的整体结构进行了研究，采用图形显示方式对接收的数据信

号进行处理。为了实现数据共享与仪表自动检验检测功能，将采集处理后的数据与检验检测综合信息系统相结合。采用该温度检测

技术对仪器的上下位机进行软硬件设计，实现了多线程检测的自动化测量和电信号的采集。该温度检测装置可避免因温度漂移所造

成的浪费，有利于带动相关产业的可持续性研究。
