中国成人动脉型肺动脉高压医疗质量控制指标体系专家共识

摘要

为提升中国成人动脉型肺动脉高压诊疗规范与管理水平，国家心血管系统疾病医疗质量控制中心肺动脉高压专

家工作组、国家心血管病中心肺动脉高压专科联盟、国家心血管病专家委员会右心与肺血管病专业委员会成立工作组，

依据“结构-过程-结果”理论框架，通过文献回顾、专家讨论及德尔菲法专家咨询，最终确立包含32项主要指标

和6项次要指标的中国成人动脉型肺动脉高压医疗质量控制体系。该体系共包含结构、过程和结果三类指标，过程

指标又涵盖了诊断与危险分层、初始治疗和随访三部分内容。这一体系为中国成人动脉型肺动脉高压患者医疗质量

的提升奠定了理论基础，但仍需在应用过程中进行验证和优化。
