该文阐释了家风与家风教育的内涵袁探讨了以家风教育为基础的班级学生管理模式构建的意义遥通过走访调研袁运用采集的数

据对家风教育融入班级学生管理的现状进行了分析袁找出目前家风教育在学生管理工作中存在的问题袁并对此进行了剖析袁发

现学生对家风教育了解程度不高袁对家风教育的相关活动积极性不高袁而且家风教育在学生管理工作中融入度偏低遥在此现状

下提出了构建以家风教育为基础的班级学生管理模式的实践线路与方案袁期望以此提高家风教育在班级管理中的融入度遥

ilytraditionandfamilytraditioneducation,andexploresthesignificanceofconstructingaclassstudentmanagementmodelbasedon

familytraditioneducation;throughvisitsandresearch,thecurrentsituationofintegratingfamilytraditioneducationintoclassstudent

managementwasanalyzedusingcollecteddata.Theproblemsexistinginfamilytraditioneducationinstudentmanagementworkwere

identifiedandanalyzed.Itwasfoundthatstudentshavelittleunderstandingoffamilytraditioneducation,lowenthusiasmforrelated

activities,andlowintegrationoffamilytraditioneducationinstudentmanagementwork.Inthissituation,apracticalrouteandplan

havebeenproposedtoconstructaclassstudentmanagementmodelbasedonfamilytraditioneducation,whichcanimprove
