课程思政理念下高职院校汽车人才培养路径探究

——以汽车制造工艺课程为例

摘要：新时期高等职业教育高量发展要求高职院校各类人才的培养既要塑造“立德”的

灵魂，又要炼出“树人”的体魄。该研究旨在课程思政理念下，以高等职业教育中汽车制

造工艺课程为例，从汽车制造基础工艺中的冲压工艺、焊接工艺、涂装工艺和总装工艺等四

个方面探究高职院校汽车专业类人才培养新模式，以期丰富高职院校汽车人才培养路径，构

建高校与企业人才输送的“直通桥”。

Abstract:Thehigh-qualitydevelopmentofhighervocationaleducationinthenewerarequiresthat

thetrainingofallkindsoftalentsinhighervocationalcollegesnotonlyneedstoshapethesoulof

moral,butalsoneedstocultivatethephysiqueofcultivatingtalents.Thepurposeofthisstudyis

toexploreanewtrainingmodelforautomotiveprofessionalsinhighervocationalcollegesfromfour

aspectsofbasicautomotivemanufacturingtechnologyincludingstampingtechnology,welding

technology,paintingtechnologyandfinalassemblytechnologyundertheideologicalandpolitical

conceptofthecurriculum,soastoenrichthetrainingpathforautomotivetalentsinhighervocational

colleges,buildadirectbridgefortalentstransferbetweenuniversitiesandenterprises.
