不同再生细骨料取代率的混凝土抗压强度试验分析

摘要：文中为探究混凝土采用再生不同细骨料取代率时的抗压强度性能差异，设计实验，分别取不同水灰比、不同再生细骨料取代

率并配制混凝土，测定各组混凝土抗压强度。再生骨料取代率在10%~40%范围内混凝土7d抗压强度随取代率提升而降低，同时，

28d抗压强度随取代率提升而增加，但影响效果并不显著；水灰比相同条件下，再生混凝土28d抗压强度随再生细骨料取代率的提

升而表现出整体降低的发展趋势；再生细骨料取代率取值在50%以内时混凝土28d抗压强度虽有降低，但降幅不明显，数值始终在

CB/T50107一2010《混凝土强度检验评定标准》要求范围内。

Abstract:Inthispaper,thedifferenceofcompressivestrengthofconcreteunderdifferentregeneratedfineaggregatesubstitutionrateanddif-

ferentwater-cementratiowastestedandanalyzed.Theresultsshowthatthe7-daycompressivestrengthofconcretedecreaseswiththeincrease

ofthereplacementrate,andthe28-daycompressivestrengthincreaseswiththeincreaseofthereplacementrate,buttheeffectisnotsignifi-

cant.Underthesameconditionsofwater-cementratio,the28dcompressivestrengthofrecycledconcreteshowsanoveralldecreasingtrend

withtheincreaseofthereplacementrateofrecycledfineaggregate.Whenthereplacementrateofrecycledfineaggregateislessthan50%,the

28dcompressivestrengthofconcretedecreases,butthedecreaseisnotobvious,andthevalueisalwayswithintherequirementsofGB/T
