摘要：伴随海洋旅游产业蓬勃发展，游艇保有量呈井喷态势，游艇安全风险防控与监管力量不足的结构性矛盾

日益凸显。基于青岛前海一线游艇安全监管的人工智能应用实践，系统阐述“人工智能+无人机”游艇动态智能

管理系统的构成、功能、应用成效及优势，并剖析人工智能与无人机技术在海上安全监管中的应用前景，为智慧

海事监管体系建设贡献“青岛方案”。

Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofthemarinetourismindustry,thenumberofyachtshasexperiencedexponential

growth,leadingtoanincreasinglyprominentstructuralcontradictionbetweenpreventionofriskstoyachtsafetyandinsufficient

supervisioncapacity.BasedonthepracticalapplicationofartificialintelligenceinyachtsafetysupervisionalongtheQingdao

coastline,thispapersystematicallyelaboratesonthecomposition,functions,applicationeffectiveness,andadvantagesofthe

ArtificialIntelligence+UAVIntelligentDynamicManagementSystemforYacht.Itfurtheranalyzestheapplicationprospects

ofartificialintelligenceandUAVtechnologyinmaritimesafetysupervision,contributingtheQingdaoSolutiontothe

constructionofintelligentmaritimesupervisionsystems.
