AI赋能非遗旅游食品营销创新模式探究

——以矾山肉燕为例

摘要:本文基于人工智能(ArtificialIntelligence,AI)赋能视角,以矾山肉燕为研究对象,分析传统非

遗旅游食品企业的市场营销问题,发现其存在标准化与规模化生产瓶颈、同质化竞争激烈、销售渠道集中等

问题,并提出AI技术在非遗工艺优化、智能包装升级、沉浸式溯源与文化体验打造、新媒体营销创新等领

域的应用模式。该模式的探索与实践,不仅对非物质文化遗产的保护与发展具有重要意义,而且为非遗特色

农产品、手工艺品产业的整体升级提供了可借鉴的经验和示范。

Abstract:BasedontheperspectiveofArtificialIntelligence(AI)empowermentandtakingFanshanRouyanas

theresearchobject,thispaperanalyzesthemarketingproblemsoftraditionalintangibleculturalheritagetourismfood

enterprisesanddiscoversthattheyhaveproblemssuchasbottlenecksinstandardizedandlarge-scaleproduction,

fiercehomogeneouscompetition,andconcentratedsaleschannels.AndproposeapplicationmodelsofAItechnology

inareassuchastheoptimizationofintangibleculturalheritagecraftsmanship,theupgradingofintelligentpackaging,

thecreationofimmersivetraceabilityandculturalexperiences,andtheinnovationofnewmediamarketing.The

explorationandpracticeofthismodelnotonlyholdsignificantimportancefortheprotectionanddevelopmentof

intangibleculturalheritage,butalsoprovidereferenceableexperienceanddemonstrationfortheoverallupgradingof

theintangibleculturalheritagecharacteristicagriculturalproductsandhandicraftsindustry.
