分析标准化血细胞形态学检验在临床发热疾病中的

摘要：目的：分析标准化血细胞形态学检验对临床发热疾病的检出效果。方法：选取2023年6月至2024年6月在郑州市中

医院接受治疗的发热疾病患者48例，纳为观察组分析；选取同期在郑州市中医院进行检查的健康体检者48例，纳为对照组

分析，对比两组标准化血细胞形态学检验结果。结果：相比于对照组的健康体检者，观察组的发热疾病患者的血细胞形态学

相关指标（MCH、MCHC、HCT、MCV、RDW-SD）均较高（P＜0.05）；在标准化血细胞形态学检验中，观察组发热疾病患者的血细

胞形态异常情况检出率高于对照组的健康体检者（P＜0.05）。结论：标准化血细胞形态学检验对临床发热疾病有极高的检

出率，通过分析血细胞形态学指标，能够明显观察到发热疾病患者与健康体检者的区别，从而检出血细胞形态异常的发热

疾病患者。
