三坐标测量机实测元素与

数字模型最佳拟合的应用

摘要：

随着我国在高精密加工领域的飞速发展，对机械加工高精密零件的检测技术的要求也日益提高，三坐标领域的精

密检测，已经不仅限于计量室内的机密检测，更多的是针对工序前的预检、工序中的跟检和工序后的终检，实时对整个加工

链条实现监督检查及技术指导作用。在诸多检测模式中，使用和加工设备相同的数字模型进行反向比对的检测方法尤为准

确，文中针对常见叶轮工件的数模反向对比检测，提出一种多次拟合修正误差的方法，以提高实测元素与数字模型的契合

程度，提高测量精度。
