汽车密封性能与整车集成性能的关系研究

摘要：

汽车密封性能是考察汽车整车在动态和静态两种状态下,防御外部环境污染物入侵的一项重要指标。其性能不仅

包括整车内外泄漏路径上的密封性，还包括发动机舱和底盘各子系统的密封性能。国内外的各汽车研发机构研究提高汽车

整车密封性能，逐渐成为定义汽车整体性能的一项重要指标，也是汽车工业领域研究的趋势。文中通过对汽车密封性能与

整车集成性能的关系研究，对提高整车集成性能，尤其对NVH（Noise、Vibration、Harshness，噪声、振动与声振粗糙度）改

善方面起到重要作用，对提高汽车的驾驶舒适度有很大的帮助。

Abstract:Thesealingperformanceofautomobileisanimportantindextoinvestigatethedefenseagainsttheinvasionof

pollutantsfromtheexternalenvironmentofthewholevehicleinbothdynamiandstatistates.Itsperformanceincludesnot

onlythesealingontheinternalandexternalleakagepathsofthewholevehicle,butalsothesealingperformanceofthe

enginecompartmentandvarioussubsystemsofthechassis.Thispaperinvestigatestherelationshipbetweenthesealing

performanceoftheautomobileandtheintegratedperformanceofthewholevehicle,whichplaysanimportantroleinthe

improvementofintegratedperformanceofthewholevehicle,especiallyintheimprovementofnoise,vibrationandacousti

vibrationroughness,andisofgreathelpintheenhancementofthedrivingcomfortoftheautomobile.
