〔摘要〕智能算法作为人工智能的核心要件，在医学人工智能辅助诊治等领域发挥着关键作用，同时也

呈现出学科交叉融合的复杂性、科技伦理交融的冲突性、风险受益并存的双重性、算法黑箱推算的隐蔽性等

新特征，由此带来了算法偏见、数据安全、责任追责难等诸多伦理挑战。因此，亟须通过建立智能医学算法

微观伦理制度体系、确立智能医学算法运行监管伦理监督机制、健全智能医学算法数据安全保护伦理规范、

强化智能医学算法主体责任认定伦理标准等加以破解。

AbstractIntelligentalgorithms，asthecoreelementofartificialintelligence（AI），haveplayedan

irreplaceableandkeyroleinfieldssuchasmedicalAI-assisteddiagnosisandtreatment.Meanwhile，theyhave

alsopresentednewfeaturessuchasthecomplexityofinterdisciplinaryintegration，theconflictofethical

convergenceinscienceandtechnology，thedualityofrisksandbenefitscoexistence，andtheconcealmentof

algorithmblackboxcalculations.Thesefeaturesleadtonumerousethicalchallenges，suchasalgorithmbias，
