摘要：人工智能技术的快速发展为泌尿外科临床护理的智能化、精准化与高效化提供了革命性机遇。本研究围

绕护理实践核心环节，系统探讨了人工智能技术在泌尿外科患者评估、教育、干预、监测及管理中的应用现状、

效果评估、关键挑战及未来发展方向。当前人工智能护理应用面临数据质量与隐私、算法可解释性、法规伦理

及护理—技术复合型人才短缺等核心挑战。针对上述问题，未来需重点构建护理数据安全与共享机制，研发符

合护理工作逻辑的可视化工具与决策支持系统，健全适应人工智能护理的法规伦理框架，并大力推动护理信息

学与跨学科人才培养。通过深化护理场景驱动的人工智能技术研究、完善标准体系及促进多领域协作，人工智

能技术将深度赋能泌尿外科护理全流程，显著提升护理质量、效率及患者健康结局。

Abstract:Therapiddevelopmentofartificialintelligence(AI)technologyprovidesarevolutionaryopportunityforthe

intelligence,precisionandefficiencyofclinicalnursinginurology.Focusingonthecorelinkofnursingpractice,this

papersystematicallydiscussestheapplicationstatus,effectevaluation,keychallengesandfuturedevelopment

directionofAItechnologyintheevaluation,education,intervention,monitoringandmanagementofurologypatients.

Atpresent,AInursingapplicationsarefacingcorechallengessuchasdataqualityandprivacy,algorithm

interpretability,regulatoryethics,andshortageofnursing-technologycompoundtalents.Inviewoftheaboveproblems,

itisnecessarytofocusontheconstructionofnursingdatasecurityandsharingmechanisminthefuture,develop

visualizationtoolsanddecisionsupportsystemsinlinewiththelogicofnursingwork,improvethelegalandethical

frameworkadaptedtoAInursing,andvigorouslypromotethetrainingofnursinginformaticsandinterdisciplinary
