临终关怀教育与

护生从事临终关怀工作意愿的相关性分析

摘要：目的了解护生接受临终关怀教育情况及从事相关工作的意愿，探究二者的相关性，为医学院校改进临终关怀教育

工作提供参考。方法运用护生临终关怀教育情况与从事临终工作意愿评估表，对广西医学院校305名护生进行调查。结果临

终关怀教育与护生从事临终关怀工作的意愿呈正相关关系，认为有必要设立临终关怀工作岗位、相信从事临终关怀工作是

值得的是护生从事临终关怀工作意愿的影响因素。结论学校要提高临终关怀教育水平，完善相关课程体系，普及临终关怀

知识，转变护生对临终关怀的态度，提高从事临终关怀工作的积极性。
