一种盘盒输送装置的设计改进

摘要：为了解决盘盒输送装置结构复杂、适应性差的问题，设计了一种盘盒输送装置。分体式设计滑台；左、右夹持机构分别与底板通过螺栓组成可调整连接；调节杆与调节块通过螺纹组成可调整连接；毛刷和罩壳组成防倾倒装置；对伺服电动机及电缸进行设计。结果表明，该盘盒输送装置具有设计科学、结构简单、使用范围广的特点，能够实现多种规格盘盒的连续输送，同时保证盘盒输送流畅，避免损坏盘盒和卡盒问题，对进一步研究盘盒输送装置具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:Inordertosolvetheproblemofcomplexstructureandpooradaptabilityoftheplateboxconveyingdevice,aplateboxconveyingdeviceisdesigned.Theslidetableisdesignedbysplittype.Theleftandrightgrippingmechanismsarerespectivelyconnectedwiththebottomplatethroughboltswhichcanbeadjusted.Theadjustingrodisconnectedwiththeadjustingblockthroughthethreadwhichcanbeadjusted.Thebrushandthehousingconstitutetopplingpreventingdevice.Theservomotorandelectriccylinderisdesigned.Theresultsshowthattheplateboxconveyingdevicehasthecharacteristicsofscientificdesign,simplestructureandextensiveuse.Itcanrealizethecontinuoustransmissionofvariousspecificationsoftheplatebox,andensurethesmoothtransmissionoftheplatebox,avoidthedamageoftheplateboxandtheproblemofthestuckbox.Ithasacertainguidingsignificanceforthefurtherstudyoftheplateboxconveyingdevice.
