摘要：在直肠癌手术治疗中，快速康复外科(ERAS）理念是改善患者预后的核心策略，围术期营养支持是其关键组成部

分。ERAS路径优化对减少术后并发症、促进患者康复具有重要意义。本文系统综述了近年来ERAS理念下直肠癌围手术期

营养支持路径的研究进展，涵盖直肠癌手术患者营养不良的现状和原因、术前营养评估与预康复策略以及涵盖口服营养补充

（ONS）、肠内营养（EN）、肠外营养（PN）的分阶管理策略,并指出了现有决策流程的局限性，探讨利用人工智能（AI)整合患者

的多模态数据，以期未来能对营养风险进行更精准的预测，为制订个体化决策提供新的思路。

Abstract:Inthesurgicaltreatmentofrectalcancer,theconceptofenhancedrecoveryaftersur-

gery(ERAS)servesasacorestrategyforimprovingthepatientsprognosis,withperioperativenutri-
