摘要目的探讨管理实践中“法、理、情”3个因素在中华文明下的逻辑关系。方法基于新理论框架，将管理的伦理（理）

权重逻辑作为规则（法）的基础，同时将人性共情和社会关怀（情）作为伦理的人文特性，通过融合中华文明，构建具有文化

根性的“法、理、情”分析模型，用以阐释医疗领域的现实场景。结合中西方文明的管理理论的起源比较分析现代文明中人工

智能对管理中“法、理、情”互动关系的影响。结果“法、理、情”并非管理实践中的矛盾体，而是相互促进、互为支撑、动态

调整的3个因素。基于中华文明的伦理和人文特质，规则的刚性、技术的理性得以获得人性的滋润和文化的约束，从而保证

人在组织发展和管理中的主导地位。结论管理中“法、理、情”的逻辑既保持了文化根性，又具备组织管理新的解释方法。
