中国DRG支付制度下的麻醉科高质量发展

【摘要】中国疾病诊断相关分组（DRG)支付制度的实施，通过多维制度创新重构了医疗服务的价值逻辑，对麻醉学科的高质量

发展提出系统性要求。本文从DRG制度的核心机制出发，探讨其在效率驱动、资源配置优化、成本约束及分级诊疗深化等方面

的实践价值，并聚焦麻醉学科在定额支付模式下的转型路径。DRG通过标准化临床路径促使麻醉流程优化，以成本效益导向驱

动技术创新（如区域麻醉、多模式镇痛），同时强化危重手术的标准化质控体系。然而，基层技术适配性不足、复杂手术成本覆

盖缺位、标准化与个体化诊疗冲突等问题仍制约改革成效，未来需构建动态分组调整机制，完善基层技术补偿政策，并通过人

工智能决策系统与大数据平台建设，实现质量、效率与公平的协同发展。

[Abstract]TheimplementationofChinasdiagnosis-relatedgroup(DRG)paymentsystemhasreshapedthevaluelogicofhealthcare

servicesthroughmultidimensionalinstitutionalinnovations,posingsystemicrequirementsforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofanesthesiology.

ThispaperexaminesthecoremechanismsoftheDRGsystem,exploringitspracticalvalueinefficiency-drivenmechanisms,resource

allocationoptimization,costcontainment,andhierarchicalmedicalsystem,focusingonthetransformationpathofanesthesiologyunderthe

fixed-paymentmodel.ThestudyhighlightsthatDRGcompelstheoptimizationofanesthesiaworkflowsthroughstandardizedclinical

pathways,drivestechnologicalinnovations(suchasregionalanesthesia,multimodalanalgesia)guidedbycost-effectivenessprinciples,

andstrengthensstandardizedqualitycontrolsystemsforcriticalsurgeries.However,challengespersistinachievingtransformation
