稳定平台钢带传动回弹问题研究

摘要：在某稳定机构的研制过程中，发现钢带传动会导致轴系在两个不同角度发生回弹现象，回弹力矩对控制回路产生干扰，

影响平台稳定。文中从考虑钢带的弯曲及弹塑性变形出发，分析了钢带的力学特性，计算出钢带的弹塑性应力、应变，卸载后的钢带半径，

进而基于能量方法，得到了轴系回弹力矩的大小及角度范围。通过与试验测量结果比对，计算结果具有较好的符合性。研究结果表明，带

轮直径过小导致的钢带局部塑性变形是导致轴系回弹的根本原因。

Abstract:Duringthedevelopmentofastablemechanism,itisfoundthatthesteelbelttransmissionwillcausethespringback

phenomenonoftheshaftingattwodifferentangles.Thespringbacktorquewillinterferewiththecontrolloopandaffectthestabilityofthe

platform.Inthispaper,thebendingandelastoplasticdeformationofthesteelstripareconsidered.Themechanicalpropertiesofthesteel

stripareanalyzed.Theelastoplasticstressandstrainofthesteelstriparecalculated,andtheradiusofthesteelstripafterunloadingis

calculated.Basedontheenergymethod,themagnitudeandangularrangeofthespringbackmomentoftheshaftingareobtained
