外夹式顶驱下套管装置的研制及应用

摘要：下套管质量的好坏直接影响固井工艺和井筒质量，为提高大位移水平井的下套管质量和作业效率，研制了新一代外

夹式顶驱下套管装置。通过对结构的优化设计、轴承的优化选型、指针系统设计以及监测系统与司钻房顶驱控制的结合，解决了原有顶驱

下套管装置作业时易损坏套管、长时间旋转本体发热、灌浆或循环泥浆易漏失、无法由司钻统一控制等问题。通过厂内试验证实了该外夹式

顶驱下套管装置研制成功，经在辽河油田现场应用，证实了该装置在大位移水平井下套作业中能高效、高质量地完成水平段下套管。

systemdesignandcombinationofmonitoringsystemandtopdrivescontrolareusedtosolvetheproblemssuchasoriginal

devicedamagedcasing,easytoheatwhenlongrotating,groutingandcirculatingmudleakage,cantcontrolbydriller

problemsandsoon.Thein-planttestprovesthatthedesigneddevicesissuccessfully.ThefieldapplicationinLiaoheoilfield
