内容提要：岗位作业指导手册是质量管理体系的重要文件之一。文章阐述了岗位作业指导手册体系建立的背景及其内容

组成，强调组织基于ISO9001标准对成文信息进行有效管控，能充分发挥文件的增值作用。文章将岗位作业

指导手册体系划分为策划、实施和维护三个阶段，并基于国家药品监督管理局医疗器械技术审评中心岗位作

业指导手册体系相关要求，探讨了国家药品监督管理局医疗器械技术审评检查大湾区分中心在建设初期开展

岗位建设与应用的实践经验，特别在检查部门和岗位建设过程中的探索与应用，即通过岗位作业指导手册体

系明确岗位职责、确定资质要求、规范廉政要求和细化工作流程，充分发挥文件的增值作用，持续提升工作

质量。
