摘要

随着新时代健康中国战略的推进，医疗行业不断发展，医务人员在工作中面临的职业暴露风险逐渐增多，

职业暴露事件频发。这不仅影响了医务人员的身心健康，还对医疗服务的安全性和患者的生命健康构成

潜在威胁。本文综述了国内外医疗机构中医务人员职业暴露现状及现行防护措施，旨在为国内医疗机构

制定合理有效的防护策略提供参考，促进医务人员的安全与健康，推动健康中国的实现。

Abstract

WiththepromotionoftheHealthyChinastrategyintheneweraandthecontinuousdevelopment

ofthehealthcareindustry,theriskofoccupationalexposurefacedbymedicalpersonnelatwork

hasgraduallyincreased,andoccupationalexposureincidentshaveoccurredfrequently.Thisnot

onlyaffectsthephysicalandmentalhealthofmedicalpersonnel,butalsoposesapotentialthreat

tothesafetyofmedicalservicesandthelifeandhealthofpatients.Thispaperreviewsthecurrent
