前言

Foreword

固定式电动机消防泵是建筑消防设施和固移结合灭火作业的核心组件，其关键性能、生产安装和维

保质量效果等直接影响灭火救援工作，关乎人民群众生命和财产安全。为了加强固定式电动机消防泵的

质量管理和科学应用，厘清固定式电动机消防泵全生命周期各相关方的责任，针对当前固定式电动机消

防泵生产和使用领域里普遍存在的突出问题，标准编制组在市场调研、专题论证、试验验证、相关标准

梳理、创新技术研发的基础上，编制本规程，以进一步推动固定式电动机消防泵的技术进步、质量提升、

产业发展和实战应用，确保固定式电动机消防泵真正发挥有效作用。

DraftingGrouphasdevelopedthisstandard.Thisworkisbasedonmarketresearch,

specializedstudies,testverification,analysisofrelevantstandards,andthe

developmentofinnovativetechnologies,addressingprominentissuesprevalentinthe

currentproductionandusageofsuchpumps.Theobjectiveistopromotefurthe
