BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性Butropiumbromide是⼀种竞争性的mAChR抑制剂。Butropiumbromide能够阻断⼄酰胆碱引发的腺体分泌

和肌⾁收缩信号，从⽽抑制唾液腺分泌和呼吸平滑肌痉挛。Butropiumbromide有望⽤于唾液过多的研究。
