注射表皮成型工艺研究

【摘要】为顺应消费者日益增长的舒适性要求及汽车企业降本增效的战略，开发了一种新型仪

表板表皮成型工艺：注射表皮成型工艺。在前期的可行性分析及试验中，根据薄壁注射成型的

要求对表皮产品进行了诸多优化工作，包含结构设计及优化，产品材料的选择，进胶方案设计，

优化注射压力，控制表皮厚度尺寸以及外观皮纹质量要求等。通过实际试模注射成型样件，验

证了注射表皮结构设计及成型工艺的可行性。

【Abstract】Inordertomeetthegrowingdemandsofconsumerforcomfortandthestrategyofthe
