摘要：围绕WXH-086型压缩机在装配完工后，存在排气阀片漏装或装偏，且无法通过仪器进行判定，从而导致压缩反转和异响

这一现象，以排气阀片安装是否合理为试验载体，以现有生产线的性能测试台为试验平台，以试验法为主，提出一种可在线自动判别排

气阀片是否漏装或装偏的有效检测方法。

Abstract:AfterassemblyofWXH-086compressoriscompleted,thereisleakageordeviationoftheexhaustvalvesheet,

anditcannotbedeterminedbytheinstrument,whichleadstocompressionreversalandabnormalsound.Basedonthe

aboveproblems,thispaperputsforwardaneffectivedetectionmethodwhichcanautomaticallyidentifywhetherthe

exhaustvalvesheetleaksordeviatesonline.Performancetestplatformoftheexistingproductionlineisusedtotest

whethertheinstallationoftheexhaustvalvesheetisreasonable.Aneffectivedetectionmethodisproposedto

automaticallyon-linedeterminewhethertheexhaustvalveplateismissingoroffset.
