甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗效果分析

摘要：目的研究甲状腺肿瘤普外科手术治疗效果。方法从2020年1月-2021年12月完成采集工作，共收录我

院甲状腺肿瘤病例80例。通过数字表随机法分组，每组40例，手术组采取开放性手术，药物组予以药物保守治

疗。观察分析治疗效果、甲状腺功能、肿瘤标志物水平以及复发等数据。结果手术组治疗效果比药物组更高（P

＜0.05）；手术组甲状腺指标优于药物组（P＜0.05）；手术组肿瘤标志物比药物组更低（P＜0.05）；手术组复发

情况比药物组更低（P＜0.05）。结论选择普外科手术治疗甲状腺肿瘤具有更好的效果，恢复患者甲状腺功能，

建议在手术治疗中参考。

Abstract:ObjectiveTostudytheeffectofgeneralsurgeryonthyroidtumors.MethodsAtotalof80casesofthyroid

tumorinourhospitalwerecollectedfromJanuary2020toDecember2021.Thepatientsineachgroupwererandomly

dividedbynumericaltablemethod.Theoperationgroupreceivedopenoperation,andthedruggroupreceived

conservativedrugtreatment.Therapeuticeffect,thyroidfunction,tumormarkerlevelandrecurrencewereobservedand

analyzed.ResultsThetherapeuticeffectofoperationgroupwashigherthanthatofdruggroup(P＜0.05).Thyroidindex

inoperationgroupwasbetterthanthatindruggroup(P＜0.05).Thetumormarkersinoperationgroupwerelowerthan

thoseindruggroup(P＜0.05).Therecurrencerateintheoperationgroupwaslowerthanthatinthedruggroup(P＜

0.05).ConclusionGeneralsurgeryforthyroidtumorhasbettereffectandcanrestorethyroidfunction.Itisrecommended

forreferenceinsurgicaltreatment.
