梗丝不同干燥加工方式质量对比分析

摘要：为深入研究不同梗丝加工工艺对梗丝质量的影响，在湖北中烟工业有限责任公司武汉烟厂进行流化床干燥、

气流干燥、滚筒干燥3种方式的比较分析，对比不同干燥方式条件下梗丝处理效果，分析梗丝物理质量、外观品质、

加工品质、过程控制等方面存在的差异。结果表明，从物理指标方面确定了滚筒和气流干燥在提升梗丝填充值的优

势，从微观结构证明了滚筒干燥梗丝卷曲效应，从化学成分方面验证了不同加工方式的工艺强度差异。

Abstract:Inordertoinvestigatetheeffectsofdifferentprocessingprocessesonthequalityofcutrolledstem,acomparative

analysisoffluidizedbeddrying,airflowdryinganddrumdryingwasconductedinWuhanTobaccoFactoryofHubeiChina

TobaccoIndustryCo.Ltd.Theresultsshowedthattheadvantagesofdrumandairflowdryinginimprovingthefillingvalueof

thestemsweredeterminedintermsofphysicalindexes,thecurlingeffectofdrumdryingstemswasprovedintermsofmicro-

structure,andthedifferencesinprocessstrengthofdiferentprocessingmethodswereverifiedintermsofchemicalcomp-

osition.
