造粒塔改造的先决条件

在SV工程师到达进行耐火材料施工之前，POSCO应根据附录第一部分

中规定的要求完成所有耐火材料施工的准备工作。所有耐火材料的施工

和养护只能在SV工程师的监督下进行。

造粒塔内衬安装说明

I.施工前的准备工作

1.应对基板钢板进行除锈处理。

2.在钢板上，应铺设焊接的钢筋和钢网。钢筋应以200毫米间距平行排列。在

这些钢筋上，应点焊成菱形的冷轧耐热钢网。点焊应牢固且足够强，以免影响

粘结强度。从钢网顶面到钢板顶面的距离应为待施加衬里的总厚度的1/3。

3.钢网应由3毫米厚的冷轧耐热钢板制成，每隔5毫米开槽（以达到5毫米的股

宽）。

4.为了便于处理，建议将钢网制成面积较小的尺寸。

InstructionsforInnerLiningInstallationofGranulationTower

I.Preparationworkbeforeconstruction

1.Rustremovalshallbeperformedforbasesteeltes.

2.Uponthesteeltes,weldedreinforcedsteelbarsandsteelmeshshould

belaid.Thereinforcedsteelbarsshouldbearrangedinparallelmanner

with200mmspacing.Uponthesesteelbars,diamond-shapedcoldrolled

heatresistantsteelmeshesshouldbetackwelded.Thetackweldingshould

bemadefirmandstrongenoughinordernottoaffectthebondingstrength.

Thedistancefromthetopsurfaceofthesteelmeshtothetopsurfaceof

thesteeltesshouldbe1/3ofthetotalthicknessoftheliningtobeapplied.

3.Thesteelmeshesshouldbemadefrom3mmthickcoldrolledheat

resistantsteeltes,whicharegroovedeveryother5mm(toachieve

strandwidthof5mm).

4.Inorderforeasyhandling,thesteelmeshesarepreferredtobemadein

sizeswithsmallareas.
