7.OilPump

A:REMOVAL

1)Disconnectthegroundcablefrombattery.

2)RemovetheV-belts.Ref.toME(H4SO)-43,REMOVAL,V-belt.

3)Removethepowersteeringoilpumpassembly.

(1)Disconnecttheconnectorfrompowersteeringpumpswitch.

(2)Disconnectthepressurehose(b)andsuctionhose(a)frompowersteeringoilpump.

CAUTION:

•Donotallowfluidtocomeintocontactwiththepulleybelt.

•Plugtheendsofthehoseandpipetopreventforeignmatterfromentering.

(3)Removethebolts,andremovethepowersteeringoilpumpassembly.

4)Securetheoilpumpbracketinavise,andremovetheboltsfrombothfrontandrearsidesoftheoilpump.

注意：

在虎钳中固定油泵支架时，使用两块木头油泵支架，并用最小的力进行固定。

5)拆下动力转向油泵组件。acket.

B:安装

1)将支架安装到动力转向油泵上。

拧紧扭矩：

T1:16N·m（1.63kgf‑m，11.8ft‑lb）

T2:36N·m(3.67kgf‑m,26.6ft‑lb)

2)安装动力转向泵支架。

拧紧扭矩：H4型号：22N·m（2.24kgf‑m，16.2ft‑lb）

H6型号：33N·m（3.36kgf‑m，24.3ft‑lb）

3)连接管（b）和吸油管（a）。

CAUTION:

Whensecuringtheoilpumpbracketinavice,holdtheoilpumpbracketwiththeleastpossibleforce

weentwopiecesofwood.
