2020 — 2022年荣成市手足口病流行病学特征分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨2020 — 2022年荣成市手足口病流行病学特征，为手足口病疫情防控提供参考。 方

法 选取2020 — 2022年中国疾病预防控制信息系统传染病报告信息管理系统中荣成市手足口病病例信息，统计荣

成市年度手足口病发病数量、病情程度及预后情况，分析各年度病例的流行病学特征，包括性别构成、年龄分布、

发病季节与人群分类。 结果 荣成市2020 — 2022年共上报手足口病195例，其中2020年、2021年、2022年各上

报22例、63例和110例，分别占比11. 28%、32. 31%、56. 41%。荣成市2020年与2021年手足口病的性别分布相当，

2022年男性占比明显升高。三个年度手足口病患者均以1～3岁占比最高，4～6岁占比次之，2022年有成年患者

14例，占比12. 73%。三个年度整体来看以秋季发病最高，夏季次之。2020与2021两个年度手足口病患者以散居

儿童占比最高，2022年度手足口病患者以幼托儿童占比最高，散居儿童次之，另有少量农民、工人、教师等职业人

群。 结论 荣成市2020 — 2022年手足口病患病人数呈增长趋势，整体来看疾病好发于6岁以下学龄前儿童且男

童居多，发病高峰为夏秋两季且出现一定数量的成年病例，建议加强高峰时期、重点人群、危险场所的疫情监测与

防控管理，全面减少疾病发生，保障人群安全。

[Abstract]Objective To explore the epidemiological characteristics of hand, foot, and mouth disease in

Rongcheng and to provide reference for the prevention and control of hand, foot, and mouth disease. Methods The case

information of hand-foot-mouth disease ( HFMD) from 2020 to 2022 in Rongcheng city was retrospectively investigated. All

the case data came from the infectious disease reporting information management system of China Disease Control

and prevention information system. The incidence, severity and prognosis of HFMD in Rongcheng were analyzed. The

epidemiological characteristics including sex composition, age distribution, onset season, and population classification
