WhereasPartyArequiresprofessionaltechnicalconsultingservicesin[SpecificTechnicalField,e.g.,softwaresystemoptimizationorindustrialautomationtechnology];andPartyB,withexpertiseandexperienceintheaforesaidfield,agreestoprovidesuchservices;theParties,throughamicablenegotiation,herebyenterintothisContracttodefinetheirrightsandobligations.

2.ScopeofServices

2.1PartyBshall,duringtheServicePeriod(asdefinedinArticle3),providetechnicalconsultingservicestoPartyA(theServices)inrelationto[SpecificTechnicalField].ThespecificscopeoftheServicesshallincludebutnotbelimitedto:

a)Conductingtechnicaldiagnosisandanalysison[SpecificTechnicalIssue/System]ofPartyA,includingidentifyingexistingtechnicalbottlenecks,risks,orinefficiencies;

b)Designingandproposingfeasibletechnicalsolutions(includingtechnicalspecifications,implementationsteps,andresourcerequirements)toaddresstheaforesaidtechnicalissues;

c)Providingguidanceandadviceontheimplementationoftheproposedtechnicalsolutions,includingrespondingtotechnicalinquiriesfr
