BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性CypD-IN-6是⼀种强效的CyclophilinD(CypD/PPIF)抑制剂，可抑制CypD的PPIase活性(Ki=32nM)，并与

CypD结合(Kd=60nM)。CypD-IN-6可⽤于与线粒体通透性转换孔(MPTP)相关的疾病研究，例如缺⾎再灌注

损伤与急性胰腺炎[1]。
