BIOLOGICALACTIVITY

⽣物活性D-CAM-14是⼀种强效的HBV⾐壳组装调节剂，具有显著的抗HBV活性(在HepAD38细胞中EC50为0.1

nM，EC90为9nM)。D-CAM-14可抑制HBV感染的HepG2-NTCP细胞中HBeAg和HBcAg的表达，EC50值

分别为98nM和67nM。D-CAM-14对⾐壳半径和预组装⾐壳的形态有显著影响。D-CAM-14可⽤于HBV感

染性疾病的研究[1]。
